Public offer
These terms are the public offer of ФОП Вітмен Чарльз Едвард and apply to every order on gemiguard.com. Version of 16 September 2026.
The seller and the contract
1. Definitions
Seller: the sole proprietor named in section 2. Buyer: a person who places an order on gemiguard.com. Goods: the products listed on the site. Order: the buyer’s request to purchase goods, submitted through the cart and the checkout page.
2. Seller and complaints
Seller: ФОП Вітмен Чарльз Едвард, taxpayer registration number (РНОКПП) 2827423353. The activity is not subject to licensing.
Place of registration: Французький бульвар, 60-Б, кв. 171, Одеса, Одеська область, 65062, Україна. Office and pickup point: Kadorr City Mall, Генуезька вулиця, 24-Б, офіс 522, Одеса, 65062, Україна.

3. Contract formation
This document is a public offer under articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine on Electronic Commerce. Product information on the site is an invitation to place orders. Submitting an order with the “Confirm order” button is the buyer’s offer to conclude a contract; until that moment the buyer can change the cart and every entered detail.
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by e-mail after payment is received. The buyer receives an electronic receipt by e-mail; it is the proof of purchase. The place of conclusion of the contract is Odesa, Ukraine.
Price, payment and delivery
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia and include all taxes provided by Ukrainian law. The seller is not a VAT payer; no VAT is added. The price in force at the moment of ordering applies. Delivery is not included in the price: the buyer pays the carrier on receipt at the carrier’s tariff; office pickup is free.
5. Ordering and payment
An order is dispatched after payment is received. Payment methods:
- by card on the site through WayForPay (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay);
- by arrangement with the seller: WayForPay payment link or QR code, IBAN transfer to the sole proprietor’s account, card transfer, cryptocurrency, or cash at the office.
6. Delivery
Delivery by Nova Poshta (to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier) or Ukrposhta (to a branch), chosen at checkout, or pickup at the office from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekdays; weekends and public holidays by prior appointment. A paid order ships the same or the next business day.
Nova Poshta usually delivers within 1–3 days; Ukrposhta within 2–4 days to a city and up to 7 days to a village. Delivery never exceeds the 30 days the law allows. If goods are unavailable, the seller informs the buyer at once and refunds the payment.
Warranty and returns
7. Warranty and service
The warranty period for GL.iNet routers is 24 months from the date of purchase; for Pixel phones with GrapheneOS, 12 months. Within the warranty period the buyer has the rights provided by article 8 of the Law of Ukraine on Protection of Consumer Rights:
- free repair within 14 days of the claim;
- a proportionate price reduction;
- for a significant defect, replacement of the goods or termination of the contract with a refund.
Claims are considered on presentation of the receipt. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquids, unauthorised repair or normal wear. Warranty service is provided by the seller in Ukraine.
8. Withdrawal and returns
The buyer may withdraw from the contract by notifying the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are kept unchanged and complete. Returns are shipped by Nova Poshta at the buyer’s expense to the branch and phone number given on the Returns and exchanges page.
The refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of inspection and never later than the 7 days set by law.

9. Personal data
The buyer’s personal data is processed under the Privacy policy linked at the bottom of every page of the site.
10. Liability and disputes
Ukrainian law governs these terms. Disputes are settled by negotiation first and, failing agreement, in the courts of Ukraine.
11. Changes
Version of 16 September 2026. Changes take effect on publication on the site; the version in force when an order is placed governs that order.
