How quickly do you ship, and how does delivery work in Ukraine?
An order placed by 17:30 Monday to Friday, or by 16:30 on weekends and public holidays, ships the same day by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine: to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier to your door, usually 1 to 3 days across Ukraine. Ukrposhta takes 2 to 4 days to a city and up to 7 to a village. Delivery is at the carrier’s rate, paid on receipt. Collection at our office in Kadorr City Mall in Arkadia, Odesa, is free, 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays by prior appointment.
How can I pay?
By card on the site (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay or Google Pay through WayForPay), by a WayForPay payment link or QR code, by IBAN transfer to our sole-proprietor account, by card transfer, in crypto, or in cash at our office. Orders are paid before dispatch, prices are without VAT, and we charge no additional fees.
What is the warranty, and can I order from abroad?
A 24-month warranty, serviced in Ukraine without sending the device abroad, and a 14-day return of goods of proper quality. We also ship throughout Europe and beyond: write your country and city in Telegram and we propose the method, the time and the cost, which is usually small. The router works in any country, and we help with the VPN set-up after the purchase.
