Delivery methods

We offer convenient delivery options across Ukraine via Nova Poshta:

Nova Poshta branch pickup

Delivery cost — 100 UAH. You can collect your order at any convenient Nova Poshta branch in your city. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS or message with the waybill number for tracking.

Nova Poshta courier delivery to your door

Delivery cost — 100 UAH. A courier delivers your order directly to your door at a time convenient for you (according to the delivery service’s schedule).

Nova Poshta parcel locker delivery

Delivery cost — 100 UAH. Choose the nearest parcel locker and collect your order at any convenient time, with no queues or waiting.

Payment methods

Online card payment via WayForPay

You can pay for your order quickly and securely with a Visa or MasterCard bank card through the secure WayForPay payment system. After a successful payment you’ll receive an electronic receipt at your email address.

Nova Poshta cash on delivery

Payment for the goods and delivery upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch. When choosing cash on delivery, an additional money-transfer fee applies: 2% of the amount + 20 UAH. The fee is paid separately when you collect your order.
