Payment & Delivery
We deliver across Ukraine by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta at the carrier’s rates, with delivery paid on receipt, or hand your order over at our office in Odesa. Payment is by any of the methods below, before dispatch.
Delivery methods
An order paid by 17:30 Monday to Friday, or by 16:30 on weekends and public holidays, ships the same day throughout Ukraine. Delivery is charged at the carrier’s rates and paid on receipt.
Nova Poshta
To a branch, a parcel locker or by courier to your door — you choose at checkout. Delivery within Ukraine usually takes 1–3 days. Once your order ships, you receive an SMS or message with the waybill number for tracking.
Ukrposhta
To a Ukrposhta branch at Ukrposhta’s rates — choose Ukrposhta at checkout and enter the settlement and the branch postcode. Ukrposhta states 2–4 days to a city and up to 7 days to a village.
Pickup in Odesa
Free, from our office at Kadorr City Mall in Arkadia: 24-B Henuezka Street, office 522. Orders can be collected 10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays by prior appointment.
Payment methods
Orders are paid before dispatch. Prices are quoted without VAT — the seller is not VAT-registered. We charge no additional fees.
By card on the site
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure WayForPay payment system, right at checkout. After a successful payment you receive an electronic receipt at your email address.
WayForPay payment link or QR code
We send a payment link or QR code by Telegram, Signal or email — convenient when an order is arranged with a manager.
IBAN transfer to our sole-proprietor account
We issue an invoice with the details of ФОП Вітмен Чарльз Едвард and ship once the funds arrive.
Card transfer
Card details are sent on request.
Crypto

Cash at the office
