We send it by Nova Poshta to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier to your door, usually 1 to 3 days across Ukraine, or by Ukrposhta. Delivery is at the carrier’s rate, paid on receipt. You can also collect it free at our office in Kadorr City Mall in Arkadia, Odesa, 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Once it ships you receive the tracking number.

Yes. We ship throughout Europe and beyond regularly: tell us your country and city in Telegram and we propose the method and the time. Most often we hand the phone to the driver of a scheduled coach to your city. Our staff bring it to the bus station, agree it with the driver and give you his telephone number; you or a person you appoint meets the coach, and we follow the handover until the phone is in your hands. To Portugal, Spain, Germany, Poland, Greece, Moldova and other countries we also have our own verified channels. The cost depends on the country and the method and is usually small. From abroad you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay by link, by transfer to our sole-proprietor account, by Revolut or in crypto.
