Who processes your data

What data we collect

the order details you enter: first and last name, phone, email, Telegram username, city, Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch or delivery address;
the messages you send through the contact form or in messengers;
technical data: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, the page you came from, approximate location from the IP address, and advertising click identifiers.

You enter card details on the WayForPay payment page; we do not receive them.

Cookies and pixels

The site uses its own cookies for the cart, the visit and signing in. We also use cookies, pixels, web beacons and other storage technologies from third parties, including Google, Microsoft and Meta. They collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

Why we use the data

to accept, deliver and service your order, including under warranty;
to answer your messages;
to measure how the site is used and improve it;
to measure and deliver our advertising.

Who receives the data

Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, to deliver your order;
WayForPay and NowPayments, to process payment;
Cloudflare, for hosting the site and sending email;
Telegram and Signal, if you chose to receive order updates there;
FormSubmit, for messages sent through the contact form;
Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising) and Meta, for analytics and advertising.

For advertising measurement we share order data with Google and Meta: email, phone, name, city and country in hashed form, the IP address, browser details and advertising click identifiers.

Google, Microsoft and Meta

Google Analytics collects data about how you use the site. Google, Microsoft and Meta use cookies and device identifiers to show our ads on other sites based on your past visits to this site. Microsoft collects or receives personal data from us to provide Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising.

Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right:

to know what data about you we process, where it comes from, why, and to whom we pass it;
to access your data and receive an answer to your request within 30 calendar days;
to object to the processing of your data;
to require that data be changed or destroyed if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
to withdraw consent to processing;
to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
